Five Hair Masks to Combat Dry Summer Ends

Five Hair Masks to Combat Dry Summer Ends - www.greysuede.com

One of my only complaints about summer is that my hair tends to get super dry at the ends from all of the chlorine, salt water, wind, heat, and styling. Its one of those things that typically you deal with and then chop off your ends when summer ends but it doesn't have to be that story. I am growing out my hair and do not intend on chopping off all those dry and dead ends come September and I have found that weekly hair masks are such saviors to dry summer hair! My five favorites are below, but there are so many out there. Let me know what your favorite hair mask is, I'm always looking to try out new ones :)

  1. Matrix Biolage HydraSource Mask - This mask not only makes your hair super soft but it is also super shiny. I love the regular conditioner too for more frequent use.
  2. Ken Paves You Are Beautiful Fine Conditioning Mask- I don't have fine hair and even though it says its for fine hair I still use it and love it. The smell is amazing (if you are into more natural herby smelling products) and combats frizz nicely.
  3. Rene Furterer Carthame Gentle Hydro-Nutritive Mask- This is a total splurge but it is amazing stuff! Your hair feels like it just came out of the salon for over a week.
  4. Fekkai PrX Repair Reparative Mask - THis vanilla-y scented mask is like drifting off onto a beach somewhere, haha but it works especially if you wrap your hair in a warm towel while you let it do its magic.
  5. L'Oréal Paris Advanced Haircare Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm- For under $10 you can't find anything else remotely close to this stuff I'm convinced! Your hair is left with a ton of moisture and feels heathy, love it!
