Recipe: Healthy Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark with Berries

I try hard to watch the amount of sugar I eat and when it's hot outside its difficult to not grab something super sugary to cool off. I love Dannon's Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt because unlike most flavored yogurts it has zero added sugar and zero artificial sweeteners (the third zero is fat). My other favorite part is that each cup has 15g of protein which makes this dessert not only a win in the sugar department but also has quite a few grams of protein compared to that popsicle I might otherwise be eating.

Healthy Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark with Berries Recipe 

What You'll Need:

1 8x8 inch baking pan
Parchment Paper
1 single serve container of Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt (or 2/3 cup if you buy the quart sized container)
5 strawberries sliced
1/3 cup blueberries


Prepare baking pan by lining with parchment paper.

Spread yogurt evenly in bottom of lined baking pan using a spatula.

Sprinkle blueberries over yogurt. Sprinkle strawberries on yogurt and blueberries.

Place in freezer and wait until yogurt has completely frozen (about 1-2 hours).

Remove parchment paper from the baking pan and using a knife cut the bark into desired size.

*I like to eat a couple of pieces and put the rest in the freezer to snack on later. Place pieces of bark in a plastic zipper bag and put in freezer until you want to eat them.
