Three Florals for Easter

Springtime means Easter is around the corner and that means delicious treats, dying eggs, and busting out a great springtime outfit. This year I am dreaming of florals and am sharing my top three picks (so far). What are you planning on wearing?

Hula Hideout Mini Skort - FreePeople

This has to be one of my favorite options for Easter. It's a skort! I used to wear skorts all the time as a kid and there is a special place in my heart for them always. They are incredibly practical and require no fuss about underwear or watching yourself as you move and bend around like you do in a skirt.

A skort is perfect for Easter egg hunts whether you are competing yourself or helping kids. You can run around and stoop low to grab an egg without having to worry about exposing your butt. Also this floral print is fun and I can imagine pairing this with a light blue or white blouse or for the summer wearing it over swimsuit bottoms at the beach.

Floral Flutter Jumpsuit- Anthropologie

I love jumpsuits. Seriously though. I have this one navy jumpsuit that I wear to work all the time and I love it because I get tons of complements when I wear it with coworkers telling me how I put so much time into my outfit. The reality though is that I'm basically wearing pajamas ha! It's so comfortable and easy to wear since it's an entire outfit in one that it's the perfect cheat for a day when you wake up late and need to appear completely put together.

So, when looking for clothes for occasions I always head straight towards jumpsuits rather than dresses. At Anthropologie I found this beauty and it would look so cute for an Easter celebration. If you are heading into church, a cardigan over top will cover your shoulders but the rest of the time this suit screams flirty with those frills and cutouts and is so springy with the floral print.

Floral Wrap Dress - Nordstrom

Wrap dresses are comfortable and you can take this dress from an Easter picnic to the office easily. This garden print has lots of different colors in it that you could bring out with accessories. I especially like the idea of pulling out the pink flowers or green leaves with a matching clutch or bracelet. I would wear nude shoes but am tempted to try a pink block heeled sandal to match the flowers, but they would have to be the right shade of pink I think.

Thank you so much for reading my blog. I love your comments and and look forward to reading them!
